simple pleasures
friendly staff lovely garden
the staff were friendly i found them helpful . i liked the room it had everything i needed for a comfortable experience. sitting in the garden under the trees brought peace it offered a lovely place for refreshment. the crepes from the restaurant across the road tasted good i enjoyed them.
the online check-in process reminded me of a bit of a maze i found it didn't quite work. filling out a paper form seemed unnecessary. i hope the front desk efficiency improves it would enhance the initial experience.

reliable stay close to transport
spacious room convenient location
i found the room spacious with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. the hotel's proximity to the bus stop was very convenient for getting around. i also appreciated that i could easily leave my luggage after checking out while exploring.
the noise from other guests in nearby rooms was quite noticeable and disruptive at times.

The reception area was very spacious. The rooms provided ample space. We appreciated the affordability of parking in the underground parking.
The check-in process was not smooth. It caused a significant delay due to a long queue and limited staff.

The private garden area was very lovely and provided a quiet space. I found the staff to be efficient and courteous . The hotel provided umbrellas when it rained. This helped . The lobby decor felt modern.
The provided towels were small and seemed to be of poor quality. I noticed a tear in the bed sheet. Carpets in the corridors had some stains.
